We start with a relaxed, no-pressure conversation about your event — your vision, your people, and what matters most to you. This is where I listen, ask the right questions, and make sure we’re the right fit for each other.
Step 2: Book & Plan with Confidence
Once you’re booked, we move into thoughtful planning. From timelines to music choices, we shape the flow of your day together so nothing feels rushed, awkward, or overlooked. You’ll feel supported, organized, and completely at ease heading into your event.
Step 3: Show Up & Deliver
On event day, my job is simple: show up prepared, present, and fully invested. I guide the energy, read the room, and handle the details so you can stay in the moment and enjoy every second — knowing everything is handled.
Frequently Asked Questions
I recommend booking 12 months in advance for peak wedding season (May–October). That said, I occasionally have availability for shorter timelines, so it’s always worth reaching out.
I can act as both DJ and MC for your event. I will coordinate with your other vendors and venue to ensure seamless transitions throughout your event.
We’ll talk through your expectations around guest requests, review your Do Not Play list, and make sure the music stays on-brand for your night, without awkward moments or playlist hijacking!
I plan for flexibility. I arrive early, have a trained assistant with me, bring professional backup equipment, and stay in close communication with your venue and vendors throughout the day. If timelines shift, weather changes, or something unexpected pops up, I adapt quickly and keep things moving, often without guests ever knowing there was an issue.
Yes. I provide professional sound for both ceremony and reception, including microphones for vows and announcements. Lighting is available in curated packages or as à la carte upgrades to match your space and vision.
I don’t just show up and play songs. I lead the room. I collaborate closely with my clients during the planning process, learning their style, their crowd, and their priorities. That preparation lets me guide the night with confidence and stack the deck for an amazing dance floor.
Yes. I provide entertainment for both local and destination events, with travel logistics clearly planned and communicated in advance.
A signed contract and $150 retainer secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week prior to the event. I accept all major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
